A police probe has been launched after a man died running away from officers and entering a canal near Notting Hill Carnival.
Karnell Kelly entered the water in the vicinity of Meanwhile Gardens, off Kensal Road.

The 25-year-old was wearing a face covering when he approached the event.
At around 3.20pm, officers briefly spoke to the man before he ran off.
Detectives from the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) are reviewing body-worn video from officers who then chased him down Hormead Road, W9.
The IOPC has established that Met Police officers and members of the public went into the canal to pull out Mr Kelly.
Officers gave emergency first aid at the scene, before he was taken to hospital where he later died.
The Coroner’s Service has been informed with an inquest opening date not yet published.
