James Middleton shares rare glimpse of son Inigo enjoying the seaside with beloved dogs

James Middleton has marked the final days of summer sunshine with a charming social media video featuring his young son Inigo and the family’s beloved pack of dogs on a seaside outing.

The Princess of Wales’s brother embraced the popular “You Too / Me Too” travel trend for the clip, which showed the trio setting off for a day at the beach together.

What followed was a delightful montage of the group splashing through coastal waters and playing across the sand.

Among the most endearing moments, little Inigo was spotted enthusiastically covering one of the family dogs in sand, much to the apparent contentment of the pooch.

The toddler was also filmed wading into the sea alongside two of the dogs, tossing a small tennis ball for them to retrieve from the waves.

James accompanied the reel with the caption: “Their world is only as big as you make it, take them with you! Come rain or shine, dogs are always up for the adventure.

“Whether it’s sandy paws at the beach, muddy walks in the woods or simply hanging out together for the day. Life’s better when they get to experience it with you.”

The video proved an instant hit with followers, who flooded the comments with praise.

One fan declared it “the most wholesome content on the internet today,” while another quipped that dogs “teach us what is hardest for us humans: to enjoy the moment”.

Others were equally charmed by the footage: “Well, this has made me smile. Love that they’re just living their best lives.”

A fourth admirer added: “So much fun. Your pack is absolutely lovely.”

Unlike his cousins, who are growing up under the glare of royal life, Inigo is being raised in the tranquillity of the Berkshire countryside.

The Middleton family reside in a stunning Grade II-listed farmhouse dating back to the 16th century, surrounded by expansive gardens.

Earlier this month, the family shared another glimpse of Inigo’s world when they watched the solar eclipse together, the fair-haired toddler sitting beside golden retrievers Mabel and Isla.

James has previously gone on record to discuss the bond his parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, share with his son, Inigo.

“I’m very fortunate to have my parents and that they’re able to help support [in caring for Inigo],” he said, noting that being a grandparent represents a distinct role from parenting.

“I have wonderful childhood memories of my grandparents and of activities that we used to do with them, and I hope that Inigo generates the same sort of memories with my parents.”

He also noted that Inigo already joins James and his wife Alizee Thevenet on “some of the adventures that we go on with the dogs”.
