An Islamic terrorist who was once on death row now runs a honey business in London, it has been revealed.
Yasser Al-Sirri, 63, was a member of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad before he came to Britain in the 1990s and claimed asylum following a failed assassination attempt.
He was initially turned down but fought the decision repeatedly over the last three decades and appears to have won the battle to stay in the UK.
In 2021, the Appeal Court ruled in his favour, on the condition that he took refugee status.

It has now been revealed by the Daily Mail, that Al-Sirri now lives in a £500,000 apartment in western London.
They also reported seeing him at a honey business in north west London, where he appears to manage the business.
The workforce consisted of a few employees and provided wholesale food and drink products.
Staff members said that Al-Sirri was not there despite his car being parked outside.
One told the Mail: “For now he is not here. He has gone for some other business with someone else. Once he comes, I’ll tell you. He will call you no problem.”
He later refused to speak, claiming to be on a phone call.
Local businesses said that he supplied many of them with wholesale drinks and was known as “Hajj” to locals.
One said: “We see him every day walking down the road at around 5pm, towards the mosque. He’s got a red beard, so we always recognise him.”

The Egyptian Islamic Jihad, of which Al-Sirri was a member, attempted to assassinate the-then Egyptian Prime Minister Atef Sedki using a car bomb outside a girls’ school.
A 12-year-old girl was killed, and Al-Sirri was sentenced to death in his absence, despite claims he played no part in the bombing.
He has been quoted as defending Osama bin Laden. After his death, Al-Sirri was quoted as saying: “The al Qaeda leader met his God willingly but in an unplanned manner and he died an honourable death.”
In 2003, he defended Taliban propaganda videos of an American vehicle exploding.
He was also indicted by a Grand Jury in New York accused of conspiring to provide material to support Islamist group Al-Gama’a al-Islamiyya.
The US did not continue with proceedings to extradite him from the UK.
Former Tory MP Patrick Mercer has described him as “a dangerous individual.”
He first claimed asylum in 1994, but was turned down before appealing more than eight times.
A tribunal decided he was entitled to stay in the UK in 2021, with then Home Secretary Priti Patel contesting the ruling.
British court papers revealed he saw “violent jihad” as an “obligation for Muslims.”
