In today’s GB News Daily Reflection, we consider that Christian generosity is about more than donating money.
Hospitality means making time and space for others, reflecting how Jesus came into the world and shared life with those in need.
“God did not rescue humanity remotely from a safe distance. In Jesus, he came among us. He entered our world. He sat down at table with those in need. He shared our life.
“And more than that, he opened the way for us to come home to God. Christian hospitality then reflects God’s own life.
“Helping those in material need is a wonderful habit, but often it is not our wallets only that need opening, but our lives.”
