In today’s GB News Daily Reflection, we consider the question posed by Jesus Christ in Matthew 16 — “Who do you say I am?”

People may regard Jesus as a teacher or prophet; Christianity challenges them to consider the far greater claim that he is the Messiah and God incarnate.

“Many people then and now have some kind of respect for Jesus, a great teacher, a good man, that kind of thing.

“But the Bible consistently pushes us to see he’s even more than that. Not just good, but God. Not just a teacher, but God.

“Become man to save the world is the question that persists today. That defies easy answers, and it speaks to each of us. Who do you say I am?”
